I’m Rosie Dee, a dedicated yoga and mindfulness teacher with over 10 years of experience in practicing and sharing the transformative power of yoga. My journey with yoga began seeking mobility to support my weight training in the gym. I then realised it helped find balance and peace in a busy world, and it has since evolved into a deep passion for creating safe and nurturing spaces where others can reconnect with themselves.

My classes focus on the essence of yoga, mindful movement, breath awareness, and self-compassion. I believe that yoga is not about mastering difficult poses or striving for perfection, but about tuning in to your body and mind, honoring where you are, and finding a sense of inner calm. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, my aim is to provide a supportive environment where you can relax, unwind, and take a break from the demands of daily life.
