I will be teaching classes in Tubbercurry, Sligo, starting October 6th 2026 I will be teaching each Tuesday.
Where: Knocknashee Inn Community Hub, Lavagh, Tubbercurry, Sligo, F56 W744
When: Thursdays 7:00pm – 8:00pm, from October 6th to December 15th 2026.
Price: €20 per class (drop-in) or €70 for a 5 class pass.
Who’s it for: Anyone wanting to move, stretch & de-stress (trainers, GAA players, parents, or complete beginners!)
